Dannon sued over `probiotic' yogurt claims
LOS ANGELES -A proposed class action filed today in California accuses Dannon Co. Inc. of mounting a massive false advertising campaign to convince consumers to pay more for yogurt containing "probiotic" bacteria because of the products' health benefits. The lawsuit, filed in a Los Angeles federal court, said Dannon's own studies failed to support its advertised claims that its Activia, Activia Light and DanActive were "clinically" and "scientifically" "proven" to have health benefits that other yogurts did not.
It seeks reimbursement for all U.S. purchasers of Activia, Activia Light and DanActive, and demands Dannon engage in "a corrective advertising campaign."

Fortunately for the Dutchman, Patrice Evra is there to clear as the ball falls in front of goal. Not surprisingly, Rio Ferdinand gives Van der Sar a piece of his mind. 1402: It's heating up now as Anderson goes on a marauding run through midfield but is stopped on the edge of the box by a brilliantly-timed Steven Gerrard challenge.
1359: Anderson saves United. Edwin van der Sar is blocked by two of his own defenders as he attempts to punch clear and the ball lands with Harry Kewell, whose shot is cleared off the line by the Brazilian.
